SharpGrid is looking for a junior customer success manager to join our CSM team in Prague. We are an international DaaS (Data as a Service) technology company in the market research vertical. We have a presence and customers in 35+ European countries and are scaling fast globally. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for their onboarding, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product.
Sharpgrid’s mission is to reinvent the market research industry in the on-trade (HoReCa) channel and become the global authority on the on-trade. We are working with companies like Coca-Cola, Asahi, Heineken, Brown Forman or RedBull across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: guide new customers through the onboarding process providing training to ensure they get the most value from our products.
- Training: educate and inspire customers about best practices, help design and deliver training and educational materials to them.
- Relationship Management: build relationships with our customers, promote product usage and user engagement making sure all customer complaints and concerns are resolved and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and coordinating renewals for small and medium-sized customers to enhance satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Product feedback & Collaboration with Product & Data teams: contribute to the product feedback loop by gathering and sharing client feedback with product and data teams and contributing to the creation of product updates for customers.
Requirements for the role:
- Must have: Ability to learn, great communication and listening skills, problem solving approach, attention to detail and client service mindset.
- New features are added to the product on a regular basis and you must be keen to learn, understand and share your knowledge.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak, working knowledge of one other major European language (Spanish, German, Italian, or French) is a big advantage.
- Experience in client-facing roles is also an advantage, but not a must.
- Independence and personal accountability: you are aware of deadlines and clients can always rely on you. You have great organizational and time management skills and you know how to prioritize.
- Basic technical skills, ability to pick up new tools quickly. We work with Google Workspace, MS Office, Pipedrive, Intercom, Slack. We are also keen to see how you have played around with the latest AI tools.
