SharpGrid is looking for a new sales representative. We’re not focused on your experience; instead, we seek candidates with the right mindset, attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a high-performing team. We are a global DaaS (Data as a Service) company in the on-trade market research field. While the position is based in Prague, we have a proven ability to sell our solutions to some of the best-known companies in the world in 40+ countries and growing fast. You will work with ex-Google/McKinsey/Avast professionals and you should speak fluent English and ideally at least one of these: German, Italian, French, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to SharpGrid sales efforts in all markets in Europe. We are happy for you to start small but we expect you to learn fast. We will show you how.
  • Originate and close deals with global top players like Coca-Cola, Heineken, or Red Bull as well as smaller local companies
  • Nurturing and development of inbound and outbound leads
  • Effective and diligent passing feedback between clients, product, and marketing
  • Constant learning about new features and use cases in our products as well as curiosity and testing the evergrowing pool of sales efficiency tools
  • CRM handling: recording activities, updating statuses, forecasting of sales/revenue
  • Collaborating with the team to improve our sales practices

Qualifications/requirements for the role:

  • Preferred (but not required) experience in an international company handling complex problems. Coming to us straight out of school is great as well - if you show us that you have the attributes below
  • Curiosity about new technology (e.g. AI tools), proven use cases applied to your life / school or work life and willingness to constantly learn and re-learn
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills (we work with complex companies)
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, contribute ideas and communicate
  • High energy, personal integrity, tenacity and grit while remaining humble
  • Hearing “no” is a learning experience
  • Hearing “yes” makes you beam
